The word Cockney comes from cockeneyes which means eggs that are misshapen as if laid by a cock. Originated in the 17th century. And thought to spoken by thieves, traders and entertainers, by 19th century, who wanted to keep secrets from strangers. Basically say you wanna say you’re feeling randy… what rhymes with randy? Gandhi right… lol so you’d say you’re feeling Mahatma Gandhi or Mahatma or Gandhi. Now since this is not proper Cockney… its ‘Dirty Cockney’ which just means some next dudes sat there thinking of new rhyming words and all dirty… so its Brad Pitt = Shit. Posh and Becks = Sex. Contemporary stuff like that. Note: After the road trip I could help but got to Barclays Bank LMAO!
