When I started the book I thought that the author was so well-read, educated and informed. As I progressed in the book I realised that he’s collated information from Buddhism and other religions, name-dropped people like Viktor Frankl his work with logotherapy as discussed in Man’s Search for Meaning to Think and Grow Rich and As a Man Thinketh. It’s not a bad book at all, I would simply suggest looking at the table of contents to see what you’re looking for or read it piece by piece as the book has a lot of information and long lists that need to get worked on a little bit at a time.
