– Positive mindset. Every moment you decide on positive or negative.
– What-is-ness. Deal with what is. Bruce Lee – Be like water.
– Consistency. Shortcuts are for suckers. This separates professional from amateurs.

– Determination. Stick to you living your life for you.
– Cowboying up. Take ownership, own it.
– Teddy-Bearing. Make others feel comfort, safety and affection.
– Dissatisfaction. Everything in nature is either growing or decaying. Do more.
– Non-reactivity. Don’t react to negativity.

– Sponginess. Soak up knowledge, have an insatiable curiosity, let others talk.

– Fuel. Eat well.
– Energy. Promote energy to flow well in your body.
– Input. Block the drama, negativity, outrage, etc.
– Company. Negative people hang out with negative people and complain together.
– Environment. What is affecting your thoughts. Cultivate a positive environment.
– Solitude. Disconnect and reconnect with yourself.
– The work. Are you actually getting things done? Progress over perfection.

The Practices:
– Discomfort. Be confident that you can find comfort in discomfort.
– Visualisation. As a mind thinketh.
– Energy assessment. Check yourself and see what you need or don’t need.
– Force-field. Block yourself from negative people. Install your personal antivirus software.
– Self-challenging. Can you do more, can you do better?
– Iconoclasm. Tear down things you were taught or how you should be.
– Negative-to-Positive. Practice finding the positive. Learn from mistakes.
– No chips challenge. Commit to not having a cheat meal for a month.
– Final exam: 30-day Challenge. Don’t complain for 30 days.

– Other people’s opinions. They don’t pay your bills.
– Failure. It sets you up to win bigger and more.
– Success. Remember to celebrate as these moments are temporary.
