3 – A Worthy Destination
– People with no choice but to succeed or have a worthy goal will reach it faster.
– They have a clear desire. Create a clear desire.
– Have the courage to pursue it.
– Success is a progressive realisation of a worthy goal.
– You will become what you think about.

4 – Miracles of Your Mind
– We just use a portion of our minds so imagine if we gradually learn how to use more of it.
– Your success depends on your ability to solve the problems between where you are now and where you want to reach.
– Just take 1 hour a day 5 days a week to work on your mind. Write your primary goal and write as many ideas on how you can solve the problems or get better. It will deeply embed your goal to your psyche.

5 – Destiny in the Balance
– The basic law of cause and effect. Karma.
– What you put out you will get in return.
– Think of how you can improve your contribution before wanting more. Think of it as your garden or farm and you need to put in the love and labour to get what you want.
– We must improve our services and ourselves.

6 – Seed for Achievement
– Integrity (or reasonableness) is the seed of achievement.
– Be honest with oneself. Give 100% and more.
– Be honest and true in every way.

7 – It’s Easier to Win
– Understand the socio-economic pyramid.
– Where in the pyramid would you be happy?
– The higher the pyramid the better the view, the lesser the crowd.
– Choose your groups accordingly.
– Are you happy to follow the follower or follow the leader or lead the followers?

8 – How Much Are You Worth
– Think of yourself as a business. Roughly divided into these categories: Finance, production, sales and research.
– While research is being conducted, production still goes on with you.
– If you are not growing, you will be dying. You can only move forward or backward as you can never be stagnant.
– Calculate your value, put an hourly rate to it. Never accept anything lower than that.
– Invest in your knowledge and action.

9 – Let’s Talk About Money
– Money is the harvest of our production.
– A neurosurgeon and a janitor are both important, but one can be replaced faster and easier. Just like coal is important but with enough effort, it can turn into a diamond.
– It takes great personal sacrifice and expense to be harder to replace.
– Decide on exactly how much money you want or what your hourly value is. Then concentrate on improving what you are doing and the service you offer.
– Decide on 3 amounts: the yearly income, the amount you want in your savings or investment account, and your retirement amount.
– Remember not to make money your everything. There is a difference between being rich and being wealthy.

10 – One Thing You Can’t Hide
Paras note: I don’t agree with some of these.
– Your knowledge will determine your place.
– Your use of the language will determine where you are in the pyramid. Vocabulary levels correlate with economic and social success.
– Rate yourself on your use of language and step up from there.
– Your general interest will determine your place too. Are you studying more into your interests and development or filling your mind with tabloids.
– You should have a good working knowledge of national history and general knowledge.
– Audiobooks and improving English audios are highly recommended while driving as you learn faster and constantly.

11 – Today’s Greatest Adventure
– Think of every single day as a building block to grow your personal tower.
– Focus only on your present tasks at hand. Write 6 important tasks for that day and rate them. Then focus on them in order of priority. You don’t have to finish them all.

– It is important we become the leaders of our lives.

– Specialise and be known for it.
– Be the MVP of our team or organisation.
