O type do well with meats apart from eggs but red meats are good. A types do well with quinoa barley etc. B most varied and versatile only can’t eat chicken. AB depending on if they’re more A or B. Do a trial. Everybody needs veggies and fruit. People with Blood type A type should not have too many bananas.
Your body processes liquids and solids differently. Make a meal prep day to make them for the week. Case study of twins. One replaced meals with 4 protein shakes a day. The one who ate real foods did better at gaining muscle and losing fat and much more.
Arnold has gone on the vegan bandwagon because he owns the pea farms. Paras note: He has blatantly admitted that he was exaggerating in Pumping Iron for marketing reasons so it looks like now he’s doing the same on the opposite side.
You can’t overtrain as long as you eat and sleep properly.
Sleep quality is disturbed with heavys meal so eat 3 hours before sleep. Big breakfasts take 9 hours to process too.
Work with your genetics.
Women can train 3 days a week and do cardio on other days. Men need to go more often and work on each body part. It can take 10 years so be patient.
Program and diarise and measure, record what you eat and how you feel, document everything as blueprints for yourself.
Set a goal for yourself and give yourself a set time to achieve it even if it’s not for a competition.
