2023 update – I see a lot of interest in these videos. I’m more than happy to make a summary under each one so it’s easy to search for the information. Please do keep coming back and give me some time to summarise it. Also if this series doesn’t cover any of the topics please share the video with me and I’ll include it here with a summary. I have also included Amazon affiliate links to products mentioned.
Summary:
– Everything can heal itself in the right environment like a plan. If not you have to ask ‘why’. Be a private investigator. Proverbs 26:2 … so the curse causeless shall not come.
– Listen to your body, Barbara knows her body doesn’t do well with capsicum. If there is pain, find out why. If it hurts don’t do it.
– There is germ and gene theory. Your cell is the CBD and inside it there is DNA. You can change the genetic code you were given by managing it. DNA is made up of many sugars outside and amino acids/minerals inside. RNA is a copy of the information and it goes into the ribosome where a new cell is made. Pieces fit perfectly in healthy cells.
– Your gastrointestinal tract starts in your mouth and goes out the other end. What you put in will be broken down and absorbed into the blood. Your whole body is remade every few years. But every 3-5 days a new cell is made. So if you have something like IBS, when a new cell is being put together there is some misinformation being added to that cell. Pieces are not fitting perfectly and it comes down to soils not being healthy. Big beautiful but tasteless fruit are lacking minerals. Things that aggravate IBS are refined sugar, dairy and wheat. Aloe vera and Slippery Elm are best to reline the gut and you can add a probiotic.
– On top of this you’re putting stimulants like coffee in your body to get by which leaches calcium and magnesium from the body.
– There is no safe dose of alcohol! Children are being born with foetal alcohol syndrome.
– Too much of electromagnetic fields are not good for you. Even move your electric clock away from the bed. You can use a lead paint to block this.
– GMO foods are big no no. Mutated foods, cancers, etc. Go organic.
– Micro-organisms change to bacteria if needed to become a cleanup team.
– Yeast and fungus are the exterminators.
– Mold come next as the undertakers. Mold dust releases a toxic gas.
– Florence Nightingale increased hygiene, sanitation and nutrition to eliminate the above and things started getting better fast. It’s the fumes of these things especial mold. The dust is still alive so it’s good to compost food as these microorganisms in soil help plants and soil. So these microbes change roles.
– Make sure you regularly wash and air your pillow or get a pillow protector.
– When a child is born the anus releases microbes that the child inhales which are good for the child and C-Section children have a different lining because of this.
– If the mother can breastfeed, she should coat her nipple with probiotic and let the child have that. This will help gut flora while painkillers and antibiotics (anti = against, biotics = life) will do the opposite.
– Your tongue should be pink and no white stuff that can’t be scraped off.
– She recommends stevia as an excellent sweetener and does not activate bad stuff in cells.
5 Steps to Getting Rid of Fungus and Bring Back Balance
– Starve the fungus by avoiding sugars including fruit for 6 weeks. Get rid of mold from the house and never use bleach as that will created an even more toxic form. Spray white vinegar and come back 15 minutes after. Avoid being in the environment as the dust will come off. Come back and wipe it off and you can use clove essential oil after that.
– To kill the fungus you can use garlic extract, olive leaf extract.
– Then bring back balance with probiotics.
– Alkalise. Vegetables will do the trick, especially green leafy ones.
– ORMES – Orbitally Rearranged Monoatomic Elements. They are minerals in a monoatomic form.

Summary:
– Never have we consumed so much carbohydrates and it plays a key part in diabetes and weight loss.
– Carbs break down into glucose which gets absorbed into the blood which goes to the liver. (Technical parts skipped). After all the energy has been converted it stores extra energy in as fat cells.
– Your pancreas release insulin on demand and high glucose = high insulin. Too much of this high insulin and develops insulin resistance. It’s sick of insulin. So it overflows to the fat cells and they get bigger and bigger. The pancreas get worn out producing so much insulin. Now blood glucose levels drop and the cells start starving (hypoglycemia). It’s a rollercoaster of chemicals being released unnecessarily because the person gets tired thinking food will help and that snowballs the cycle (biochemical whiplash).
– Replace the need for sugars with natural sweet things like an apple and do some exercise (HIIT see below) when you’re hungry to release the right chemicals. Get back on track with a program of low carbs. Replace them with high fiber and vegetables of your choice, high protein and healthy fat (fiber, protein and fat will keep the food in the stomach longer so you wont be so hungry). These 3 are also essential while carbs are non-essential. Best fats are nuts, avocados, coconut and olive oils.
– Non-meat protein options are – Nuts, seeds, legumes and grains in that order for protein to carb ratio. So you can decrease grain and increase the others. Grain used to be good decades ago until hybridised wheat was introduced.
Genesis 1:29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
– Higher glycemic index is bad and whole-wheat bread has a higher index than sugar!!!! Even if the bread is out of your body, the effects will last weeks.
– Kids teeth are called milk teeth because apparently that is how long they should be having milk.
– Dairy: The body gives you calcium but it leaches the bones to process the other good stuff the milk gives you.
– Drugs: Vaccines open you up to other things like more likelihood of getting diabetes.
– 8 Glasses of water a day: Sip is slow don’t gulp it down and take a little Celtic salt/Himalayan salt/Whole salt (unrefined sea salt). Take a tiny crystal on your tongue before you take a few sips.
– HIIT: Start slow if you’re not used to it but do something at high intensity (run, cycle, pushups, etc) for 30 seconds or keep at it until you get to 30 seconds. Recovery is 90 seconds and then repeat. Do a cycle of 6 rounds or build up to that. Your cells start working more effectively, lung capacity inproves and your fat cells start cleaning up.
– Early nights: 10pm to 3am the body releases repair hormones.
– Beneficial foods: High fiber diet. Low GI fruit and vegetables. Good grains – whole meal rice, millet, quinoa, buckwheat. Lots of protein – Legumes are best after being thoroughly washed, nuts and seeds. Healthy fats, already mentioned. Sweet – stevia, palm sugar. Organic eggs are very good, replace peanut butter with macadamia butter as they have much less mold.
– Caffeine: Not recommended at all and there are ways to get off it especially for diabetics. Replace with cereal beverages.
– High fructose corn syrup is creating fatty liver (more info here).
Summary:
– The way you breathe plays a big role in how much oxygen your cells are getting to be healthy. You should be able to fit a fist between your pants and belly to allow your muscles to operate fully. You need good core muscles so that your spine is supported. Exercise everyday even if only for 15 minutes.
– Interval training: Make sure you’re hydrated (more below) and haven’t just eaten. It can be simplified into 3 steps:
1 – High intensity workout (e.g. 20 seconds of intense running, cycling, push ups, etc.) You have to push yourself until you feel like you can do any more. You’re blasting the oxygen into your system.
2 – Recovery (e.g. 60 seconds of recovery). Even during this recovery time your body is burning energy like it’s still doing the exercise. It’s mopping up the lactic acid which doesn’t happen for marathon runners and why there are cases of heart attacks.
3 – Cycle (e.g. repeating the cycle 6-7 times). She mentions Doug McGuff – (more info here)
– Water/Sodium: We need water with some sodium to keep us hydrated. She recommends Celtic Salt which has 3 types of magnesium and that helps the cell hydrate. Caffeine hinders the magnesium so she doesn’t recommend it. Sodium is one of the 4 vital elements of life. The others are Oxygen, water and potassium. Body without salt doesn’t absorb glucose through the villi. It is the transport system for minerals. Take your water little by little, sip by sip.
– 3 Essential food groups: (As in the previous video – NO Caffeine, Wheat, Refined Sugar, Alcohol, Tobacco)
1 – Fiber and High fiber,
2 – Protein,
3 – Fat – HDL carries away access cholesterol. LDL is the repairer. See previous video for healthy fats that heal and clean up the body and holes. Making cholesterol a bad guy has been proven to be flawed and a lie. Once the hybridised wheat came in it threw the body off completely. So far spelt and kamut are still good.
– Hawthorn berry: It strengthens the heart and you can do more than a pill of them a day.
– Cayenne pepper: It thins the blood and delivers blood effectively. Don’t get brown ones as they’re old. They should be bright orange. Recommended a teaspoon 3 times a day, you can build up to it.
– Ginger: Can be good as a tea. Blood thinner and anti-inflammatory. More in next videos.
– Garlic: Good for blood and heart. More info here.
– Omega 3: Flax seed, Linseed, Chai seed and Walnuts. Good for blood.
– Early nights: 9-2 in winter or 10-3 is when your body is going through the hours of power. Healing and recharging.
– Cold exposure: There is so much info on the benefits from cold plunges to just a cold session after a hot shower for 10-20 seconds. Keep at it you’ll get used to it.
– Sodium bicarbonate: Has a place only as wraps or injected directly to cancer cells but that needs a professional. Otherwise it’s not good for the stomach as it neutralises the acid in the stomach which the stomach needs for digestion. If you have stomach cancer then you can do it first thing and last thing between sleep when there is no food.
– Magnesium: Citrate is best. Found in leafy vegetables but if you’re getting the right salt you’ll get your magnesium there.
Summary:
– pH means potential Hydrogen and blood’s pH is about 7.35-7.4 while neutral pH is 7. If blood goes 8 or higher/7.22 or lower the person will die of a coma. 2 organs that balance pH are lungs and kidneys. (Technical bits skipped).
– The cell is slightly more acidic to do what it needs to do.
– Things you need:
1 – Pure air, search for mold on this page.
2 – Sunshine, cut down trees near your rooms if needed.
3 – No list of food and drinks (see below).
4 – Rest.
5 – Exercise.
6 – Proper Diet.
7 – Water (best between meals and not with otherwise it will dilute the acid). So stop 30 minutes before a meal and resume 1 hour after a meal.
8 – Trust in divine power.
– Lemon is the most alkaline forming food. It’s the best liver tonic and you can put some in your morning water. Freeze some into cubes and pop them in the water. Other good foods are dark green vegetables. 50% cooked and 50% raw is a good recommendation. Nightshade group of vegetables are not the best e.g. Tomato, capsicum, eggplant, potato. Fruit is a question mark because of the yeast which is acid friendly. If you have cancer you should even stop fruit. Most alkaline legumes are lima beans, lentils and soy (soy as long as it’s not genetically modified). Millet, quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth, spelt and kamut are highly recommended. Almond (the king of all nuts because it has the highest of most nutrients) and brazil nut/milk recommended. Cows milk is not recommended especially if it’s homogenised and pasteurised because if a calf was fed that it would die. Seeds like chia, sunflower, etc are good (search this page as it’s already covered).
– If a mother cannot breastfeed, goats milk is the next best.
– Vegetarian’s milk formula – 80% carrot juice, 10% celery, 10% apple. In Fiji it’s the milk in the immature coconut.
– Your stomach has to be acidic. When you’re dehydrated the lining from the stomach is first taken.
– Dinner shouldn’t be a heavy meal especially if you’re going to lie down or relax after the meal as the stomach position is the worst, especially for the cardiac sphincter.
– Hybridised wheat is a big cause of gluten intolerance and many people don’t realise that they have this intolerance. Some symptoms: Sinus, hay fever, allergies, asthma, eczema, psoriasis, irritable bowel, constipation, brain fog. Best way to check is to stop all wheat for 2 months.
– Antibiotics, cortisone drugs, nurofen, statins, pain relief medication, etc are messing up the important linings in your stomach and gut flora. Something about Glutomorphine at the 59 minute mark.
– We have no need to eat sugar.
– Meat creates a high sulfur result so reduce meat if you’re too acidic. Caffeine, tobacco, etc are not good. You can have 20-30% of other grains/legumes/nuts that are more acid forming but 70-80% alkaline forming foods with the above mentioned are best.
– Aged cheese especially the blue vein ones have mold so not good. Fetta, cottage and ricotta are better.
– Apple cider vinegar only recommended on toes if you have athletes foot.
– For reflux, take cayenne pepper before your meal or on your meal.
Summary:
– The Frontal Lobe: It’s for intellect, reason, judgement, will. Sugar hurts the frontal lobe. Things like caffeine, tobacco, etc. throw off the lobe. The body needs to balance all this. The feeling part of your brain is the bad boss.
– NEVER ALLOW YOURSELF TO TALK IN A HOPELESS, DISCOURAGED WAY. Words affect feelings, words reveal.
– Basically you need 21 days of starting a new pathway and make new connections in your brain.
– Forgiveness is important so you can not only move on but close negative thoughts and pathways.
– Love and laugh.
– When you make mistakes you need to overcome feelings and use your frontal lobe.
– The law of adaptation (neuroplasticity): Your brain can grow or shrink. Stop dwelling in negatives. Brain derived neurotropic factor (BDNF) says you can grow more brain cells if you rest well, diet well, well everything. Fasting is a big one.
– The law of diversion: When one door closes, 2 doors open.
Summary:
– She talks about a book called the Ministry of Healing.
– When you’re sick: 1 – The source or the cause should be found. 2 – Wrong conditions changed. 3 – Wrong habits corrected. 4 – Nature is to be assisted to bring balance back.
The Magical Onion:
– Wheat, dairy and sugar are the main cause for earaches in children. (Most probably the causes of more issues). Steamed onion pack or a teaspoon of the boiled water after cooling solved the issue.
– Steam or dry back as boiling will get some of the good stuff in the water. The onion draws the puss or the yuck.
– Baby: cut up an onion and put it on a plate and leave it in the room to clear up their airways. It also takes the fumes from a freshly painted room or from the fridge.
– Cough: Put a poultice on the feet overnight. Put a plastic back on as a sock and cover it with a cloth sock. You can even inhale peppermint oil.
– Onion honey cough syrup. One raw onion, one jar of honey, 2 empty jars. Make a layer of chopped onions, then a thin layer or honey, then repeat and leave for an hour minimum. Have as normal cough syrup.
– Flu bomb for bad cold: Crushed garlic clove, 1/4 teaspoon of finely chopped ginger, lemon juice, 1 tbsp honey, 1 drop eucalyptus or tea tree oil, light shake of cayenne pepper (optional). All this in half a cup of hot water. Usually best with a meal. For a baby just wrap the garlic on the bottom of their feet but make sure there is some cloth between the skin or it will blister.
– Fresh Ginger: Can be used internally and externally. Ginger tea is good for inflammation or if you’re cold or to settle the stomach. (Paras note: I use it as an antiemetic, always have a pack of Honey Ginger Drink and have one before going to bed after a heavy night of drinking). Good for morning sickness which is really a magnesium deficiency. Joint inflammation – grate it on a cloth, fold it up into a parcle and put it on and wrap it up with a bandage or something. Your skin will start feeling a burning sensation as it pulls out the inflammation.
– Potato: Good for tissue inflammation like swollen infected finger or ankle. Grate potato, poultice or parcel it and do as ginger above.
– Heat/Hot and Cold Therapy or Hydrotherapy: 3 mins in hot water, 30 seconds in cold and do it 3 times. This brings fresh blood in and stimulates with everything the body needs to heal.
– Castor Oil: It penetrates very deeply. It breaks up lumps, bump, adhesions, bone spurs, tumors, breast lumps, cysts, etc. It’s very good for issues in and around the abdomen. It will even go all the way to the colon and help with bad diarrhea. Same as above, use a compress/poultice/parcel. You can do one drop in each eye before you go to bed to clean (she hasn’t has experience but says worth a try).
– Charcoal (Fine Activated): Absorbs and neutralises poisons. Best for stomach issues, just mix with water and drink. Externally can be used for bites and you can boil with linseed to make a poultice. Slippery elm also helps and a mix of slippery elm and charcoal poultice does wonder for painful bites, stings, boils, poisoning and puss.
– Cayenne Pepper: It’s a blood stimulant. It intensifies the action of other herbs. In the book Back to Eden, 10 pages are dedicated to Cayenne as opposed to half a page for the rest. Another book is called Curing with Cayenne. Internally it will heal a stomach ulcer. Externally it will stop the bleeding from a cut. It will feel uncomfortable but will not harm you. It’s the best blood thinner, replace with things like aspirin. For cold feet use a cayenne pepper compress, you can use olive or castor oil so it sticks. To wake up an underactive thyroid gland use a poultice and HIIT exercise is very good too. To see if your thyroid gland is iodine deficient just paint the iodine on your inner arm and if it disappears within an hour you are deficient. To fix that just keep applying the iodine on the arm until it stays on for 5 hours. You only need 5 brazil nuts to get your daily dose of iodine. She recommends Lugol’s Solution for the best iodine.
– Epsom salts/Magnesium Sulphate: It’s a muscle relaxant, reduces stress, helps sleep. It’s great for a burn, just a saturated solution. Aloe vera helped grow the skin.
Summary:
– The colon: It needs stimulation and exercise is best and Pilates is a very good exercise. Also water with a crystal with Celtic or Himalayan salt. Laughter is a great stimulant and good for so many other things. Fiber is good through vegetables. Finally P.A.N.I.C – Promptly answers natures immediate call. So go when your body says to go.
– Herbs that simulate the Liver: Dandelion, St. Mary’s Thistle, Gentain, Ginger, Globe Artichoke.
– Cayenne pepper is good for stroke.
– Menstruation is connected to so many issues because of a hormonal imbalance from migraines to acne. See video below on balancing hormones.
– Flax seed should be taken raw and only ground before you take it as it will change because of light head and oxygen. You can take chai with it and a splash of lemon.
– Remember you need water with salt for it to penetrate into a cell. Some kind of magnesium.
– Kidney Herbs: Celery, parsley and couch grass is a great kidney herb. Corn silk is good too.
– Mold/Chemicals/Heavy Metals: Green barley or liquid chlorophyll is the most potent blood and tissue cleaners of chemicals.
– Bones: Are not made of calcium. She lists a bunch of minerals. So your bones do not need calcium supplements. Sea water has the perfect proportion of this so back to Celtic and Himalayan salt. Another place to get these minerals as dark green leafy vegetables. Minerals are not lost when cooked. If you want to know more look up The Calcium Lie by Dr. Robert Thompson. (42:00)
